Each machine, equipment, or plant manufacturer needs trained manpower to operate their products. Most of the operators learn by informal techniques which sometimes leads to higher equipment failure in field resulting into production losses and monetary setback to equipment owners.
If identified operators are formally trained in operations, basic maintenance, safety, quality etc., same equipment can produce better and higher volumes at lower maintenance and operational costs.
SkillTelligent works with manufacturers and using their operational and maintenance guidebooks, machine specifications etc. develop short term operator courses which are focused on core operations only. We deliver these training at manufacturer’ site using their equipment in a combination of classroom sessions (formal concepts and knowledge) and on machine hands-on learning (operations, maintenance, configurations, production functions, quality parameters etc.). Learners are also taken to actual operating sites and given a chance to operate in live situations under supervision.
These are accelerated short term focused courses usually full day sessions for not more than 3-4 weeks
So far, We have developed and delivered multiple batches of large capacity RMC (Ready-Mix-Concrete) Plant Operator course, Effluent Treatment Plant Operator Course and Total Stations Operator Course for Land Surveying. Most have managed to secure a job as operators at INR 15-20,000 per month
